About
Ramesh & Co (Ghotawade) was one of the first companies to enter the paint thinner manufacturing industry in Pune when we first commenced operations in the year 1967 under the leadership of Mr. Ramakant Gosavi. We currently operate from a manufacturing facility situated on 2 acres of land, in Ghotawade 25 km from Pune City. Every activity right from the sourcing of raw materials to the dispatch of the finished product takes place from our current facility which is manned by 20 full time permanent employees.

Prashant Gosavi – Managing director
Mr Prashant is a Paint Technician by qualification, carrying a profound experience of more than four decades in paint surface coating and automotive industries.
He is the key strategy-maker in the company because of his inherent analytical capabilities and quick decision-making ability.
He takes care of client development and brand-building in the national and the international market.
In the leisure time, he loves to explore unexplored terrains on his bike and playing long rallies at the tennis court.
Sujata Gosavi –CFO
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Ms Sujata takes care of the money matters. She oversees the Accounting and Taxation of the company.
Though managing the inflow and outflow of currency notes is her profession, enjoying the notes of music is her hobby.
She is an avid chef who loves honing her cooking skills at every interval.
Tanay Gosavi - Operations Manager
Mr Tanay Gosavi is the next generation entrepreneur who oversees all manufacturing operations at the plant.
After completing his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Queensland University of Technology, Australia, he has been looking after the productions with full dedication.
He is responsible for the coordination with the clients to know the product requirements. He also manages the communication between the technical team and the client.
