Ramesh and Co (Ghotawade) has a shop floor covering an area of 87,000 sq feet. We are licensed to store 140000 litres of petroleum products every month. We have 4 storage tanks, each with an individual capacity of 25000 litres to store solvents. Thinners are manufactured by making use of semi automatic fluid dispensing systems which ensure that the finished product is in accordance with the parameters set by the client. We have also allocated different storage areas for the finished products of each company for efficient dispatch operations.

Our company product operations extend to all four corners in India from Gurgaon in the North to Chennai in the south through our network of trusted transport delivery partners. We have longstanding agreements with our transport partners for exclusive ware house use facilities in Aurangabad (Maharashtra) and Hosur (Tamil Nadu).

Raw material Sourcing policies 

We source our raw materials directly from refineries. Acceptance norms for incoming raw materials are strictly fixed. Our raw material suppliers remain constant.

Packing Operations 

All our finished products can be packaged to suit the exact requirements of the client.

 

Laboratory set up

Our factory is well equipped with a state of the art facility for the testing of raw and finished products. All our raw materials and finished goods are tested by making use of Gas Chromatogram, Karl Fisher Apparatus, Able Closed cups and ER measuring equipments.

 

Outgoing finished products are carefully tested in order to ensure that they are according to the parameters set by the client
